Introduction

Jinchan's environmentally friendly gold dressing agent is a high-tech product developed for gold beneficiation and a patented "environmentally friendly gold extraction" product. Jinchan can be used in gold production without changing the original "cyanide gold extraction" process and equipment.

Applications

(1) Applicable Materials: Gold and silver ores, recycled gold and silver tailings, gold concentrates, sulfuric acid slag, lead-zinc slag, anode mud, and other gold and silver-containing materials.

(2) Applicable Processes: Heap leaching, tank leaching, carbon-in-slurry leaching, etc.

Reagent Consumption

(1) It is recommended to conduct mineral processing tests to determine the reagent consumption and concentration for optimal leaching rates. During on-site production, the reagent addition can be referenced based on the test results and then adjusted to the optimal dosage based on actual results.

(2) When replacing sodium cyanide reagents, the dosage of "Jinchan" can refer to the original dosing system.

Precautions for using

(1) The "Golden Chan" series of gold ore dressing agents are primarily composed of active ingredients such as carbonized sodium cyanurate. They are environmentally friendly gold leaching agents and can be used for the extraction of precious metals such as gold and silver.

(2) The ore slurry and reagent solution should be kept at a temperature of no less than 10°C when using the "Golden Chan" reagent.

(3) It is recommended to regularly test the gold content in the precious and barren solutions, the pH value of the solution or slurry, and the concentration of the "Golden Chan" reagent.

(4) Strong oxidants such as hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate should not be mixed with the "Golden Chan" reagent to prevent consumption of some of the "Golden Chan" reagent.

(5) The use of chemical reagents such as ammonia, sodium sulfide, potassium ferrocyanide, and lead nitrate in complex ore pretreatment has little effect on the gold leaching performance of the "Golden Chan" reagent.

(6) The small amount of black insoluble matter produced after the "Golden Chan" reagent is dissolved does not affect its effectiveness.

(7) Mixing "Jinchan" with sodium cyanide reagents has no adverse effect on gold and silver leaching.

(8) "Jinchan" reagent packaging should be used as soon as possible after opening or if damaged to prevent deliquesce and ineffectiveness due to exposure to air.

(9) The "oxygen-enriched leaching" process used in carbon-in-pulp gold leaching may have an adverse effect on the leaching effect of "Jinchan".

(10) "Jinchan" should be used in neutral or alkaline aqueous solutions and must not be mixed with acidic chemicals.

(11) During use, the operating area must be kept ventilated. Operation in confined or enclosed areas with poor ventilation is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, leakage of slurry, leachate, tailings, and waste residue outside the production system should be avoided. Return water should be recycled, and waste residue should be stored in a separate pile.
